Went in today because the incompetent employee gave me the wrong product. Printed in plain English the receipt says that cartridges "may be returned or exchanged if unopened". I brought them in with my receipt showing the return/exchange policy. They called the manager and the incompetent manager still refused to honor the exchange policy that is clearly written on the receipt. So this place attracts customers by saying that exchanges are acceptable then laughs in your face when you expect them to uphold their end of the bargain. I did not ask for a refund, just simply exchanging them for same value. I was spending at least $100 a week there for at least 2 years there and they won't even uphold the exchange policy that they print directly on the receipt. So they hired a manager who disrespects the stores exchange policy and just cost them a minimum of $5,200 a year just because he refused to exchange something that was his own staffs fault. BYE you worthless, lying pieces of garbage. Losing $5,200 a year over a $40 transaction that is guaranteed in writing on every single receipt they have ever printed is a level of disrespect that no customer deserves.
