The shop is very clean and appealing. I am new to this and was not sure what to expect. I was politely greeted at the door and was given a quick tour and explanation of how they operate. This made me fill comfortable and they spoke in plain English, not condescending, so I did not feel stupid my first time. I don't need much at a time, but I have been there three times, and highly (literally) recommend this place. Maybe a veterans discount would be nice. A little pricy, but not terrible.
