They've been pretty good! I usually do a pre-order 6ish hours before pick-up and they're always on time with what I ordered! Easy to use and great service

Ordered at 3:30pm on a Monday, estimated delivery window was 4:30-5:30, nbd, still hadn't heard anything (outside of 2 ID checks, one at 4:20 and one at 4:50) by 5:30, I contacted them asking for an updated delivery estimate/window, didn't hear back, tried again at 5:50, heard back 10min later at 6 that it would be delivered before 6:30, was finally delivered at 6:45. Bud is good, price is good, but if you expect accurate delivery times or have something to do 3 hours after you order, find a different service.
