First, they pay in weed for your good ratings which speaks for itself. Second, you will never truly know how much an establishment values you until something goes wrong. I went in to purchase some Indica to help with my chronic nerve pain. One of the customer service agents recommended I try a strain by the name of Critical. Went home and tried it but it gave me the worse headache I have had in years. I actually had to take more pain meds just to cope. Called back to let them know but was received with an attitude of no concern, disbelief, and doubt. The agent actually said "Well,, its a illegal substance sir.. Its not like we're a pharmacy or anything". They could care less and take NO responsibility for what they sale or how it affects you. Must be nice to sale a product that doesn't require a basic warranty or post sales customer service for the sick.
