Made my order online and was contacted promptly, like 20 min. Had issues with the app, but customer service was excellent. Long story short, there was a break in communication that made me think I was being taken. I was immediately contacted and got everything straightened out. I was kind of a dick about the miscommunication (I thought justifiably, at the time) but it was resolved and they even threw in an extra gift (when the absolutely didn't have to) for my trouble and because they want people to know they're reliable. Overall great experience, fast, trustworthy, and would highly recommend to anyone in the city.
