Major time and delivery issues are reflected by the sparse star rating, but that doesnt give you the whole picture: Things happen, things go wrong, things break. The age old measure for good business is " How was the issue handled/ was the fix acceptable?DCE, as a company, and each individual involved in the saga on the phone, on line, in the car- ALL of them were polite, professional, resolution oriented and generous. Dodi, the driver, was wonderful and funny and sweet- 2 thumbs up for him! I wasnt happy by 3:50 PM, after placing an order at 9AM, waiting and waiting at pick up point, eventually being given a new address for ME to drive to- and then waiting again. But, it wasnt a situation for which they could be charged w/ any kind of negligence or blame and they more than adequately compensated me for the inconvenience.I got back home, got over the experience and got high.Its all good.Thanks for doing right by me, I appreciate it.

1st time, delivery was on time and driver was great. Potency of gifts ( super glue and another I cannot remember) left me feeling kind of happy for maybe 5 minutes, not much more than that. 2nd time, going w/ strains which have a higher potency rating ...I couldnt seem to schedule any delivery before 2pm which doesnt work for me driving in from Arlington. Im waiting patiently on the drop now but next time I guess I have to go back to a service that opens at 10.
