Spokane Valley is a beautiful town located right next to Spokane and not too far from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. There is plenty to do in Spokane Valley and the town is known for its plentiful outdoor activities. Locals love to hit the 37-mile Centennial Trail with their bikes or for a nice walk. The Dishman Hills Natural Area is a beautiful park to go hiking and explore the forest. After a day of adventure, head to Arbor Crest Wine Cellars for a beautiful view and a great glass of wine. Spokane Valley is also plenty close to all that Spokane has to offer, so a trip into town would be great for shopping and amazing restaurants.
One additional perk of visiting Spokane Valley is the legalization of recreational cannabis and the many dispensaries in the area. Those over 21 or with a valid medical marijuana card may purchase cannabis for consumption. It should be noted that it is still illegal to smoke marijuana in public places, so it should be kept inside a residence.
