Breaking News:Inhabitants of Fayetteville and Arkansans statewide passed the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, or Issue 6, in late 2016 which legalized the possession and usage of medical marijuana across all of Arkansas. However, possession and usage of medicinal cannabis would require a cannabis registration card, and as of late June in 2017, the application process for those medical marijuana registration cards went live on Arkansas Department of Health website.
