I have been a medical patient of this dispensary for years, and I'll never go back. Since adult use has become legal, the service has been severely lacking. All customers are separated by medical or adult use, and once inside you are split into different lines. I have been told that if the recreational line moves faster, they will call medical patients up to that line to help keep it moving. They do not do this, in fact, if the recreational line is shorter and moving faster on the inside, they will only allow recreational patients in from the outside, and they will absolutely not allow a medical patient to get in the fast moving adult use line. You have to wait on average about 20-30 minutes in the medical line while the adult use line is half that time. If you are a medical patient, I strongly suggest finding a new dispensary.
