Ordered online. Was told that the order was ready. They changed my order and did not tell me until I got there. Cancelled some product I bought and said that it was part of a deal but they could not show me online where it said it was a deal. There was no indication that there were any stipulations about the product. They would not honor the online order and did not even try to make it right with the customer. Even presenting with an "I really don't care attitude." When their flippant attitude was told to them the response was that they could not change my mind so their attitude was ok. Customer Service and Businesses that don't cheat or fraud their patrons are really what I am looking for and No Wait Meds have disappointed me and my friends who used to patronize the place.

I went in yesterday and bought a bunch of products, 7 to be exact...with that I was supposed to get 3 free and was supposed to get 15% off. I live about 45 minutes away and had an appointment in the area so decided to try this place(my first time at a dispensary ). The owner helped me and rang me up and I was in a hurry, he said my total was 250 but now 190. I thought it was alot but had to get to this important appointment. On my way home later I began to realize he over changed me and by a lot! The items I bought total 148, not 250....that is a hundred dollar difference. Upon realizing this I called and called, left message after message and still NO response!!! He knows what he did! What type of mew business ignores messages and calls??? I will go back in and I hope I can report that he resolves this issue! I give this place a complete ZERO! I was happy with it in the beginning until they ripped me off and will not answer or respond!!!
