Both times I have picked up from this company, I recieved counterfet vape cartridges. Both times, the carts arrived clogged and with oil leaking out, the packaging has mispelt words, and the oil does not look legit at all. Terrible company would not recommend anyone order from them.

I order every couple days the same thing every time and lately the girl answering the phones is a bitch. Rude, short, and dismissive with a bad attitude. I order every couple days and I’ve never had a problem with any of the girls until this last couple months. I know everyone has an off day but it’s every time I talk to this girl. I’m getting to the point where I don’t want to order through her.

I don’t know what you guys are doing in there taking orders but I called 3 times and no answer, couldn’t even pick up the phone and put me on hold- finally 30 minutes later this girl calls back I could barely understand her- every time I asked for a price she would put me on hold for 3 minutes, it’s crazy you have this girl in there it’s obvious she has no idea what the hell she is doing! I place the order over the phone then she texted me 2 different times to change the price from the original one I was told over the phone, the driver arrives 3 hours later even though I was told 60-120 minutes- I got the order and was missing 1 out of the 2 items I ordered!! I called the same girl told me to send a picture of what I received and Had the worst attitude like it was my fault that she forgot! I won’t be placing orders with you in the future I might as well just go and get it myself from a dispensary.

I’ve been a member for at least 2 years- I’ve always talked to the same girls but today I spoke with a new girl and she has awful customer service skills. I was trying to get an oz of exclusive so I was asking her about the strains you have available, she was a total bitch and made me feel like me and my questions were stupid, at one point she even laughed at me. I won’t be ordering from her ever, and I assume you are losing a lot of business because of her and I’m not surprised!

One of the best deliveries I've dealt with! I am 68 years old & need to medicate, a lot of these delivery services are alway in a rush, they are not polite over the phone & get frustrated when you ask question. Hard when you can't see the product in person to make a purchase so I like to ask for a second opinion, Sunny was able to help me greatly! I was looking for a few things & the lovely girly was patiently on the phone with me answering all my questions & she also gave me extra flower & a edible with was so sweet of her. definitely coming back love Sunny & Glo for helping me

I won’t be using this company anymore. They sell counterfeit vaporizer cartridges with God only knows what’s inside the liquid. I’ve been buying from these guys for months now and I started with a stick.e vape. Those were fine, tbh. Then I moved on to a Dime vaporizer and no matter what cartridge I bought for a Dime, it tasted terrible. Not at all how folks who used it before described it and the effects were not enjoyable at all. So then I moved on to Rove after reading about their processes and how their vaporizer cartridges are different. I bought a total of five of them. Now the kicker is that Rove has a QR code on their vape cart boxes that you can scan to tell if it’s legit or not. These boxes didn’t have that code. I thought to myself, no big deal, I’ll just message them and inquire why the code isn’t there. They had told me that it was a lower quality batch and that the QR code’s aren’t on older batches. I questioned them as to why they would be selling low quality batches and how they even knew they were low quality since they come from Rove. It didn’t add up, these Lyft guys aren’t making the Rove Vapes, they come FROM Rove. Same line of bs, lower quality batch no QR code’s on older batches. So I emailed Rove about this matter and got a reply within an hour asking me to take pictures of the box, the vape cartridges, the batch number, everything. Within hours they emailed me back saying they are indeed counterfeit and the batch numbers are absolute fakes AND Rove doesn’t sell featured farms weed in 1G carts, only half gram. See the problem here? I had to go way out of the way just to make sure what Lyft’d sold me wasn’t counterfeit and much to my surprise, it was. It sickens me that you folks at Lyft’d would sell counterfeit cartridges. This is how people get sick and die. I pray I didn’t put some carcinogenic round-up sprayed weed in my lungs because of these liars. Please for your own good use a different service. Gave them a 4/5 for knowledge. They clearly know their shit enough that they can mess with you if you’re inexperienced with Mary Jane.

I would have given this place a good review if it weren't for one thing. The 420 "Goodie Bag" was cool and all, but if I had known they were including a cartridge, I would have bought a battery. I called to explain this and that they would get more business if they told customers they were including it in the bag so they could sell a battery if they don't have one. I explained this and I got a bit of an attitude and was told I could give it away. lol. Now I have to make another minimum purchase I can't afford in order to get the battery that I would have purchased in the first place. Oh well, guess it's on to look for another dispensary :(

this is a scam company that sends emails to people who live all the way in Portland and that didn't order any more or not telling them that they going to have the weed in about 20 minutes and then when you try to get in contact with them to let them know that somebody either used your telephone number or maybe accidentally you know typo when they order their weed there's no way to contact them do not buy anything from
