I contacted the owner because one of their employees kept overcharging me. I finally said something once Sirus charged me $40 for a $26 purchase. I reached out to the owner, Kevin, and I will say he appeared to be accommodating at first. He offered his number, so I told him I'd give him a call the following day. That morning, I woke up, emailed him with an estimated time and received no reply. I tried calling his number, no reply. I texted, no reply. He finally responded once I told him I was going to report their business to regulatory agencies, and he said and I quote "In a meeting I'll call you back at soon as iam done". When I asked if he had a time approximation, considering I work too, he said "No I don't if it's an issue lose my number and go somewhere else your being ridiculous". They do not give out receipts, and allow their employees to manually input products.. This business is shady and yall seem to have a history of overcharging young women specifically
