One star is the lowest rating I could give without it being 0 stars. That's what they deserve. I don't know what happened since may 2023, but this place has gone downhill. The bud tender is beyond rude, which I'll admit, set me off, but show some decorum when you're the "face" of the company. They refused to give me any kind of contact info for a manager when I requested to speak to one about his unprofessional attitude. They advertise products online which they don't stock.Prior to may 2023, I had nothing but positive experiences there. I really enjoyed going to a shop with all females working, aside from security.Horrible, just horrible! Don't go. Go somewhere better. Anywhere is better than here.
