Yesterday I made a Review here...I do not know how to add to that review...so I will add to my comments HereYesterday...the Female Manager on Duty of Trulieve Tamarac called the police emergency line and made a LIVE CALL stating that SHE had an IRATE CUSTOMER in her lobby...When I walked into the Lobby she engaged with me and I told her that the issue we had the other day...that I was no longer going to complain to corporate about the issue...that I would like to clean the slate between us...as a couple days prior the issue was one where she accused me of making TWO orders and the actual TRUTH was one of the Trulieve employees as a favor to me (A favor I was NOT aware nor asked for) SAVED one of my orders from TWO days prior...Well the manager in question was rude to me stating that it was my fault that I had TWO orders and I was over my OMMU limit and she was very accusational...as I told her that her system was broken as I did not make that order...she was again rude insisting that I did make that order....But I have every right to assume that the order from TWO days ago does not exist as TRULIEVE POLICY IS TO CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS, so their system was BROKEN in that the CORPORATE PROTOCOL was NOT FOLLOWED.Moments later she Read the note on the order from Saturday...two days prior to this event...and exclaimed that this is an order from TWO DAYS ago...Now she realized she was mistaken and I did not make the order that day...she just dropped it became silent and NON COMMUNICATIVE...and she made no attempt to apologize for her FALSE ACCUSATIONS.She Keyed in my original Order and made another mistake and over charged me for sales items this just amplified the rhetoric and the situation spiraled and I feel she was so non communicative and not trying to de-escilate the situation...anyway...I left that nite with no more incidents or warnings or issues.The MAIN POINT is the Manager at Trulieve made a LIVE CALL to 911 emergency line and made a LIVE FALSE CLAIM...She stated SHE HAD AN IRATE CUSTOMER IN THE LOBBY and in accuality IF YOU WATCH THE SECURITY FOOTAGE OF OUR INTERACTION YOU WILL SEE I DID NOTHING AT ALL AND WAS NOT IRATE AT ALL.AN EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY NAMED JESSICA K. WAS ON DUTY AND SHE EXCLAIMED TO THE MANAGER "WHY ARE YOU CALLING 911 HE DID NOTHING HE IS NOT IRATE WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS"...AND JESSICA K. WAS NOTICEBLY UPSET BY THE MANAGERS FALSE CLAIM AND TREATMENT OF ME...LIVE AND IN THE MOMENT.When the police arrived I was Outside in my car Talking to Trulieve Corporate as I was APPALLED at the events that were Taking Place...the Police arrived and were BIASED BY HER FALSE "LIVE" CLAIM THAT I WAS AN IRATE CUSTOMER AS THEY WERE PROVIDED WITH FALSE INFORMATION FROM THE TRULIEVE MANAGER ON HER EMERGENCY CALL...The police treated me as if I was a criminal...they were rude and accusational as they felt I had been threatening based on her FALSE PHONE CALL CLAIMING I WAS "IRATE" (VERY ANGRY) ONE POLICE OFFICER DEMANDED I STAY IN MY CAR AND DO NOT LEAVE...AND I COMPLIED...ANOTHER OFFICER YELLED AT ME FOR NO REASON "GET OUT OF HERE WHY HAVE YOU NOT LEFT YET"The point being that the officers where all worked up as they felt that an EMERGENCY CALL HAD BEEN MADE AND CLAIMS OF A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER WAS THEIR EXPECTATION...But I was not angry with her and in fact if you watch the security video you will see I WAS NOT IRATE INFACT I WAS TRYING TO MEND WHAT EVER FENCES WE HAD FROM THE PRIOR DAY.I FEEL THAT A FALSE CLAIM FROM THEIR MANAGER...SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED...AS IT PUT MY LIFE AND THE LIFE OF THE OFFICERS IN DANGER AS THEY WERE PLACED UNDER FALSE OVER AMPLIFIED CIRCUMSTANCES... I want to be clear Their manager NEVER EVER ASKED OR TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE BUILDING...She just Called 911...IT WAS ALL VERY IMMEDIATE AND CONFUSINGTHE EMPLOYEES AT TRULIEVE ARE VERY NICE AT TIMES AND VERY SELF RIGHTEOUS AT OTHER TIMES AND THEY ARE MISTAKEN AT TIMES.Final Note: Earlier that day I was on the phone with TRULIEVE as my app did work and that phone call was an hour where FINALLY someone fixed my problem...and Also earlier that same day I bought something that day and they sent me home with the wrong product...and I had to go back and the Manager Made me the Bad Guy there too. I was wrong here with that employee and we had a disagreement as I wanted the display Item and he could not provide it to me...I even called corporate and said I understood after a lengthy conversation with them...which I admitted I was a little childish in my request...But again TO TRESPASS ME FOR SUCH BEHAVIOR SEEMS A LITTLE MUCH.
