Also, no one from the office attended the appointment at the scheduled time, and there was no prior communication about issues or cancellation.When calling the office on the morning of August 15, 2025, an employee said the doctor had "technical problems." This suggests MMJ Health knew about the issue but didn't communicate it or reschedule the appointment. Instead, an extra $35 was charged to the account without consent. This charge is unauthorized and unacceptable.Payment was made for a service that was not provided due to the company's failure to provide the necessary link and attend the appointment. The additional, unauthorized charge is a serious breach of trust.A full refund of the initial $89 payment and the unauthorized $35 charge, totaling $124, is expected immediately.
