Started an order at 1:09pm om 10/28. Confirmation and order number received immediately. At 3:04pm get a text from delivery service asking about payment method and points. Responded at 4:01pm for my choice. Again at 4:29 received another text requesting info on points and payment method. Replied 4:31pm. Then asked if price listed included medical discount. Was told at 5:54pm to complete profile on Hytiva website ( even though all information on medical card was submitted with order). Finally got card and ID info loaded on website at 6:12pm. Never got anything else, so called Curaleaf starting at 7:30pm…2nd in queue. At 8:55pm I get a text that delivery service is closed. It is now 2 hours and 7 minutes STILL ON HOLD IN QUEUE and nothing! I will NEVER order from ANY of your dispensaries again, and will be sure to spread the word about your business practices. POOR SERVICE.
