I am board certified in Internal Medicine and have been in practice for over 23 years.  I am a solo practice primary care physician.  For appropriate patients with a Maryland ID, I can generate a certificate and letter with a same day or next day appointment. I can also certify patients in the District of Columbia.  I am located in the Wildwood Medical Center, which is in the same medical building as RISE dispensary.
