I've been a patient of Etain (now Fluent) for two years. It's always been a good experience for me! Now that they are medical AND recreational makes it great to have a vast wealth of different cannabis products and brands.Polite, professional, and friendly staff. They make you feel very welcome.The facility itself is configured well to show you products. Plenty of onsite parking. Ordering online is seamless, and orders have always been filled promptly for me. I love that I can order my med flower up to six days in advance. I also love that rec flower may be ordered a day ahead. That shows a level of care for patients and customers I really, really appreciate.They have delivery, as well. Open every day of the week for rec, and Tuesday through Saturday for med.

The place is clean, simple and pleasant. On my first visit, I was delighted to find a super reception, when you check in, you'll need not only your card, but also the certification from a doctor in printed form. You can't shop without it. Always make an appointment, the phone may take you to corporate headquarters...that's where you can set up a time. Otherwise, you may wait a long time till you can be seen and enter the room where the products are displayed. Kingston is more than an hour from where I live, but, worth the travel. The staff is extremely cheerful, kind and knowledgable.

My first experience at Etain Kingston could be described as professional and family. I immediately felt the kindness in the building. They really understand what people are going through and are compassionate. They are knowledgeable in what they do and explain everything step by step and answered even my silliest of questions with professionalism. I was really impressed with the entire experience and am happy to have such a place to receive my medication. Oh last thing, they suggest you make an appointment and you should listen. I had an issue and they took care of most of the issue and I had to return the next day. They suggested I make an appt because they never know how busy they will get with walk ins... I went back next day with appt and they were packed with people and i got right in and out. Just wonderful, Thank you!!!
