Horrible customer service!! Sold me a faulty product and won’t exchange, refund, return, nothing to make it right. I was treated like a liar and am now out a bunch of money. The customer right before me they tried to rip off and overcharged them then made a big deal when she tried to get her money back. I can’t believe a company I have been so loyal to for so many years and the amount of money I have spent gets me treated like I did today. I am beyond upset and they have lost me as a costumer. I will also be telling everyone I know that shops there the way I was treated!!
