Last month I went into the store for my usual and wanted to say hi to a co-worker from before I changed jobs there, she came out of the back and ACCUSED me TWICE, a CUSTOMER of STEALING her tips when she wasn't around!!! I said I had no idea what she was talking about and she wouldn't even explain anything and only made multiple accusations.. I was embarrassed, I felt extremely uncomfortable, disrespected and bullied. I was shocked! I would NEVER steal! The owners know that and would have already been aware of it.. Another employee was right there not doing anything about it just listening.. I was told to have a good day when I was leaving more than upset, what is that?? I contacted one of the owners as soon as I got home and told him everything, he said he'd get back to me about investigating it, but never did.. i even reached out multiple times and never told me that it was false until ONE month later after I reached out yet again.. I feel very disrespected and lead on by that.. I loved this store so much and I was very loyal as I worked there for a year and a customer for 4 years.. This is not a GENUINE store. Behind closed doors this is how a customer and past employee is treated.. If I could choose a -0 star I would.
