New customers are supposed to have 10 buy one get one free discounts that they can use at any time as long as it\'s not combined with any other purchase. I have used my buy one get one free on shake at this location before and I\'ve gone to other locations across Phoenix without any issues ever. Items that ARE on sale or discounted are very clearly marked as such, so I was eager to go in when I saw $20 for 14 grams of shake NOT marked AT ALL as discounted or on sale, which I took screenshots of (as well as screenshots of what discounted and on sale items look like). So I went into the store to buy 2 of them, the amount I\'m allowed to buy as a recreational user, at which time they brought up the two bags, and THEN told me, \"oh but you can\'t use the buy one get one free on this because it\'s already discounted.\" I needed the weed still, but I also couldn\'t afford both bags now, and didn\'t have time to stand and dispute it, so I left with half of what I thought I was going to. After leaving, I double checked to make sure that I hadn\'t missed anything, and I hadn\'t so I\'m really hoping they will want to fix this. I sent Curaleaf a message, and I\'m leaving several reviews in hopes they will reply like they have to others, and will want to fix this. I also do not want this to happen to anyone else in the meantime, but ultimately I\'m really hoping that I will be back to update this once it\'s taken care of. I love curaleaf and leaving today feeling like it was a bait and switch felt really disappointing. I had to reassure myself in the car that mistakes happen, and that I should give them an opportunity to hold up their part of the deal, as they have outlined it. I documented the way it\'s advertised, I documented what discounted and on sale items look like and how they are advertised, I\'ve reached out, and now I\'m waiting to see if they reply at all or have a desire to fix it. I\'m really hoping I will be back to update this. Curaleaf has always been good to me, and since I held up my end and didn\'t select an item that was advertised as being on sale or discounted and it was within the amount that I\'m allowed to purchase as a recreational user, I\'m really hoping they\'ll want to fix this. Until then, Don\'t end up like me, certain that you\'re going to fully run out before you have money to get anymore, because they wouldn\'t honor the deal as it was offered, or because they fail to mark something properly.
