It says you guys are open 1pm-10pm on Thursday. I placed an order, around 3:30 and never got a reply back. Are you open or not? Wasted my time waiting for a reply when I could have taken my business elsewhere. You gotta be more attentive to your clientele.

What's going on "We Lit"? I got money and y'all don't want it apparently. I placed an order 5 hours ago requested that it be delivered by 5:30. It's now 7 and y'all are conveniently closed. This is the 2nd time in a row y'all have done me like this, it's very disappointing, I use to get such great service. Please don't slack off guys. This is supposed to be a business, and the lack of communication on your part is really bad. I just want communication, If you can't get to me in time just let me know, DON'T leave people in the dark. It's common courtesy. I could see if this was a last minute order, but I placed it before you guys even opened.
