1.0Unethical management!. I ordered 10 packs of Sativa watermelon kush gummies, when i arrived home i opened the bag they gave me and every last pack within was Indica. I called them and the guy said he couldnt fix it and hed talk to the manager and call me back. A day later I get a call and Im told that they cant exchange the ones I have for the ones i ordered because of Michigan state law, but that theyd penny-out 3 bags of Sativa gummies (which I assume means they charge me a penny for each. They couldnt just comp them?, seriously? I paid for 10!). I didnt accept this, because they bait and switched me, which is a crime, it is fraud. It was clear that the man on the phone assumed that i was mistaken, because he was very dismissive of my claim and eventually told me that the product that i ordered DOESNT EXIST!!!!! They do exist, Ive eaten them. I went back to their website and I took screen shot of the product on their site (!) and emailed to them, to give them one more chance to make it right before I start leaving reviews.They never replied. I feel like Ive been ripped off, because they ripped me off and lied to me. Terribly unprofessional.Spend your money elsewhere!
