Unethical management!. I ordered 10 packs of Sativa watermelon kush gummies, when i arrived home i opened the bag they gave me and every last pack within was Indica. I called them and the guy said he couldn’t fix it and he’d talk to the manager and call me back. A day later I get a call and I’m told that they can’t exchange the ones I have for the ones i ordered because of Michigan state law, but that they’d “penny-out” 3 bags of Sativa gummies (which I assume means they charge me a penny for each…. They couldn’t just comp them?, seriously? I paid for 10!). I didn’t accept this, because they “bait and switched “ me, which is a crime, it is fraud. It was clear that the man on the phone assumed that i was mistaken, because he was very dismissive of my claim and eventually told me that the product that i ordered DOESNT EXIST!!!!! They do exist, I’ve eaten them. I went back to their website and I took screen shot of the product on their site (!) and emailed to them, to give them one more chance to make it right before I start leaving reviews.They never replied. I feel like I’ve been ripped off, because they ripped me off and lied to me. Terribly unprofessional.Spend your money elsewhere!
