UPDATE- I have been ordering from this place for a long while. They have been consistent from my first order until recently. As mentioned in some reviews below, they had a problem. I voiced my complaint and to my surprise- they've been very responsive with me. I ordered some this morning and its just the same Mimosa I got on my first order with Cloud 9. I'm a very very happy person right now!! I definitely will be ordering from this place again. 5 stars for responsive and appreciating me as a frequent customer. THUMBS UP!!!!

I placed an order around 3pm today, its now 8:40pm and im still waiting. I ordered by text and after sending my photo and id, took two hours for them to reply asking for a more clear picture of my id, then another hour before asking what I want, then 30-40 minutes to reply how to do the transaction, then another hour before I asked again, then a hour before telling me he's waiting for the driver. That was at 7p and now its 8:30- its ridiculous. Dont order from this place.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I thought I finally found my go-to delivery service. I've been trying to find one for the last year- and every delivery service turn sour after 2nd or 3rd delivery. (EVERY ONE OF THEM) Then I got to Cloud 9, was blown away by their service and quality, I got mimosa, kosher tangie, fruit punch (not all at once, though, wish I could) and each one was as advertised. My friends kept complimenting my choices. Then last week I ordered sherbalto and.... it was CRAP... I thought maybe its just not working for me so I went ahead and ordered another one in the same week- tangerine dream. Ive had that before and I always loved it. I can positively tell you now that what I got wasn't it AT ALL. I even tried grinding those two different buds together in the hopes that it'll make a difference... pfft, a couple of bowls.. its barely a high. Im SO disappointed. 1/2 oz each! I'm upset also because I have PTSD, I dont make a lot of money so when I make a purchase like this- its a serious one. Its not because I want to sit on my butt and play games. Getting a medical marajuana license costs money thats not covered by my joke of an insurance company so going through this venue was my best affordable option. I'm so fed up! Just heads up everyone, after the 3rd order if you've made that far, it'll be a crap show from on then. I can't believe I've referred y'all to everyone. Im such an idiot.

SOOOOO disappointed! I finally found a strain I really loved- Candyland. I got it from another company and I was in love with it. So when I wanted to get a good deal out of it, I bought "candyland" from this one and its NOTHING like the one I had. I am really sad I spent all that money. I also got Gelato and its good. So at least half of my order was ok. They were good working with a deaf person like me. The candyland though... boo :( I understand that sometimes when growing particular strains, its not always all perfect, with that said, this was a totally different type, nowhere close to the candyland strain. I can't help but feel scammed.
