First things first. Does anyone notice how every 5 star review (which they buy) is a verified purchase but all the bad reviews arent? First red flag. Second, there has never been any acceptance of fault from this shop, only fault of the customers, second red flag. Third, i personally have never ever had such horrible customer service. Larry started calling me names because of an issue on THEIR END. And when I told them they need to be professional and meet me at the time THEY requested they simply ghosted me. This was after payong $140 for an oz of platinum. The other call center agent is a female and she is helpful soometimes but usually the so called pedophile larry takes over and is just flat out disrespectful and has no value of a customer time, money, and resources. EXPECT them to say this is a fake story.. bc trust me they will NEVER OWN UP to any mistakes. The customer has to pay for their incompetence. And if you arent willing, well lets just hope u hadnt already sent money. They will keep you waiting for hours, but if u make a driver wait 5 mins they will leave and make u drive an extra 45 mins chasing the driver down while hes doing other orders. Pllesse do anything but shop here. And apparently im not bringing my daughter anywhere near that guy larry. The things i see about him are scary. It scares me.. knowing what id do to someone like that. Lets hope i never see larry again.
