So I got my order and I'm definitely sure they mixed something into my order and don't trust that this is Premium quality. Unfortunate because they're very nice. Will not be ordering again.

The bud is great but the customer service is pretty bad. They won't contact you about your order until you do and even then its debatable on weather or not you'll actually get a response. This is the first time I haven't gotten any response for my order and I wish I did because I really did like their service but this week they really let me down.

Placed a pre order. It was never confirmed and when I called the business I got no answer. My order was never accepted or confirmed.
