1.0I have been a customer here for years and was absolutely shocked by the unprofessional and no sense of loyalty with very poor service. I placed an order at 1:28 pm and waited almost 2 hours with no communication. Then after growing worry i attempted to reach out to figure out how much longer would the wait be. I was told 10 mins later that the driver would be another 30 mins on top of the previous two hours and replied ok even though it was frustrating waiting so long when the business is legitimately 20 mins from my house. After all of that I then received a call saying that I had been waiting over two hours because they were busy so I should just wait being patient, and also thats I was rude to the driver and cussed him out which was absolutely false all because I only inquired about the wait because my receipt stated that they would be there already and there was poor communication! In all honesty the driver was completely unprofessional and literally created a story to justify his constant delay of time probably due to personal reasons that were more important than completing his assign delivery orders. I never received anything and literally waited over 2 hours for absolutely nothing! This was the worst experienced I have ever had with a business who I thought valued there customers, but clearly I was wrong because the only thing that matters to Cloud 9 is a profit!
