This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The grandmother of six who was working was very rude and showed no empathy. The ATM froze mid-transaction and kept my card, which is my only source of funds. The only way to retrieve it was to unplug and restart the machine.Chris, however, was extremely helpful and continued assisting me in retrieving my card, even after the older lady told him to stop. I truly appreciate Chriss patience and willingness to help in a stressful situation. I left without making a purchase and with a lot of anxiety, but Im grateful for Chriss support
