So, I am a cancer patient who tried this dispensary today for the first time. I was originally very excited because of the reviews and the prices and because they offered a discount for the terminally ill like me. When my order arrived, it was missing 2oz. They had me wait over 2 1/2 hours (so far..) while they were busy with other customers because they had to check their cameras. I understand because I used to work in customer service before I got cancer. But I should have been prioritized because they have my money for product I did not receive. Finally they tell me they checked their cameras and that I am wrong. I am a cancer patient with no reason to lie. I did not receive the products I paid for. They accused me, a customer, of lying, and never gave me the products I paid for. They offered me 10 bucks off next time for the inconvenience. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire time buying marijuana as both a medical patient and recreationally. I do not recommend this place to anyone, you will get ripped off, and they will accuse you of lying and not fix their own mistakes.

they have different people handle each text message so it is impossible to have a clear conversaction, which makes the efficiency and accuracy of your entire order questionable.Not trust worthy, overcharged, switches up prices. Take your business elsewhere.
