3.3Been a client last 1 1/2 years. They were excellent, speedy, nice the first year, then the customer service went down. Last couple of times, they didn't respond efficiently, or responded, but didn't follow up to meet (within their said work hours). Unlike a year ago, they've been repeatedly unreliable last 3-5 times. I'm giving up on this one.
