Usually great. Drove all the way to dc they couldnt find a driver to steal 20$ and they wouldnt allow me to do a pick up so unfortunately I wont be using again

Put an order in at 7:18am called twice around 9:30 to get confirmation refused to answer the phone or any of the 3 text dont like the new app because Im sure theyll mark it as complete and not canceled I cant cancel myself. Gelato I had from the 3 weeks ago wasnt worth 380$ an Oz either

Made my order at midnight shops says it opens at 8am I enjoy gelato and they have a good batch of it but after today fuck this place seriously. Dont make business times you cant keep idc if you usually open at 10 you have 8 am as your weekend times handle your fucking business. I had to travel from va and Im very tight on time because this stupid city traffic. To not return a call or even text is so fucking unprofessional. This is actually the second time theyve done this last time I deleted my comments but since it going to be sitting in dc for the next 3 hr waiting on somebody who want to make their 400$ For handling their goddamn business as promise I will never use this service again officially made it to my shit list

Driver was at the location before I was ? thats unheard of Im usually waiting 30mins to 1 shit I waited 2hrs time before this at other vendor. So you know that feeling when you buy some gas and you hit the blunt and feel nothing and start to worry that again you spent loud money on Reggie or some dried out home grown? Forget that gelato smelt excellent looked as described first hit I felt in my chest second hit I was already feeling it thats how I remember smoking used to be before all this trash started floating around. Satisfied recurring customers only con was my bags werent labeled but since i got different sizes I knew which was which. in the future I would suggest a decent label set yourself apart ! Looks more official

First time I had Mac 1 from this place and second time actually both was really good this last couple times I ordered from here I feel like I wasnt getting what I was told I was getting runts with stems and seeds all in it ? I feel like they wrote Mac 2 to be funny. He gave me a deal on the price but I rather had paid full price if that was a problem and never agree to rearrange your location with the driver. Or carry a gun if you do theyll have you down in the slums
