I wanted to write a review for these guys because seriously, their customer service is on point. They're like the Neiman Marcus of cannabis delivery services. I say that because they pay attention to their reviews and listen to what their donors have to say. They recently got a bad batch of shatter and after they realized the mistake, they put up a post on their website offering to fix the problem for anyone who bought it! That just amazes me because they didn't have to do that. They could have just offered to fix the problem for anyone who complained to them directly versus putting out a PSA for anyone to see, whether they were going to complain about it or not. Now, I ordered this particular batch of shatter and it wasn't their best lol. But I wasn't going to complain because all of my other orders have never disappointed. So, I was going to take the loss but like I said, they actually care about their mistakes. I hit them up about the shatter and it was a smooth exchange of product. No hassle. Hands down the best company I've had the pleasure of dealing with! Keep it up guys!
