Never responded to text via ordering online, the phone number didn't work, the worst customer service

First time doing this and worst experience ! I placed an order online for delivery at 8:31am and it was accepted at 9:07am. At about 9:55am I asked the eta as it said estimated from 10am-11am and received no response. At 10:17am I sent another message advising the phone number listed has a recording stating "the person you have dialed is not able to receive calls at this time" and again no response. It's now 10:55 and no text nor calls. I drove 3 hrs for this ??? Smh definitely unsatisfied, unimpressed, and upset. Worst customer service ever.
