5.0Of the Dispensaries that I contacted to fill my order today, they are the only one that was reliably responsive and took less than 5 minutes to respond each time. Definitely decent customer service. The Delivery Driver was also wonderful. If you are questioning which choice, these people are worth dealing with. 10/10 great people.
1.0Waited almost 2 hours after texting them. Still no response. For being open 24 hours, they don't seem it.
1.0I have to say, they are by far the slowest dispensary i have ever contacted. While i was trying to use the deal they had running, they would not respond in anything close to a timely manner, and in the end i was left having to dismiss their business as an option and go with others. Waiting over a half hour just to hear if the order has been accepted, and still getting no response is slow, and taking over an hour to try and order is worse. It doesn't even matter about their knowledge, price or quality of material because just getting them to be good at customer service is too much to ask. I would suggest that regardless of the deal being offered, that you look elsewhere, as this dispensary is going to waste your time.
