They used to be decent but now they're a joke. Literally all of their carts are garbage. They claim they ~care about their customers~ in their responses below but continue to have fake Golden Owl cartridges that always break. Theyre WVC carts are naueasating and weak. Their "sauce cart" is more expensive but still low quality nonetheless. Stay away. They maintain an unprofessional staff, too

Have used this app with many vendors. Jet Pack DC is by far my worst experience.The delivery: I was told the driver would be at the location in 15 minutes. It took him 1 hour and 15 minutes, and he changed the ETA at least 4 times within that time frame. When he arrived he was pouty and only gave excuses and not apologies for his lack of communication. Waited an hour in my car for a subpar product. The driver still demanded the delivery fee despite the inconvenience.The crumble: underpurged, sticky, little to no terpene profile, and falsely advertised. It sizzles on the nail even on a low temperature. It is NOT from Nature's Lab extracts unlike it says in the advertisement. It was delivered to me in balled up wax paper. You can get much better wax in DC for the $50 donation.They don't do exchanges, unlike nearly every other vendor on this app, so all donations are final. Based on my experience, Jet Pack inflates prices, falsley advertises and offers no refunds. They only offered me a 45 dollar eighth as recompense, which is a joke considering that's the market donation price in DC.

Incredible products, this vendor is definitely the closest in the DC market to a legal dispensary. I have gotten edibles, wax and a cartridge from this place and they all were fire. Incredibly accommodating and very cool delivery drivers.
