Please READ until the end. The first experience was ok. When establishing a time a day in advance. They contacted me four hours after the requested delivery time to see if I could arrive in about an hour. Products are awesome! Communication is not their best feature. I have to drive in to meet my pick up. On my last order, I was given a time one day, with no responses and or delivery. Later, an apology stating they did not have some of the items I wanted. After reaching out to me, they set up a time and date three days in advance. As asked, I reminded them of the time first thing in the morning. I even drove to the potential location of pick up that we agreed on at the agreed upon time. No show. No communication.
