To be completely honest. The products are fine. Ive a limited income. I carpool with some friends and drive down from West Virginia. The prices can not be beat. The delivery drivers are always great. But the last three months I have had issues with the weekend dispatch woman. She is so unbelievably unprofessional, rude and has nothing but attitude. She consistently does not know the way products are listed for sale on line and becomes argumentative when she makes a mistake. She seems embarrassed when she makes a mistake and takes it out on the customer In November I tried to buy three sets of three tincture. I posted a previous review on this. In the end she gave me a credit. Wasnt able to resolve credit in December. Still politely passive aggressive. She told me how to order on the site for the following visit. I filled out the order this month and made a note in the comments about the credit. Like she said I said two sets of three tincture. She communicates that she believes the credit was resolved last month. Then we agreed on one full set of three tincture and one set of two tincture. Full set paid this time , two bottles in credit for what was paid for in November. She sent eight total. Then I was trying to get the corrected total price. She was Just rude. I totally lost my cool. By this point I was done. I have been a customer with green therapy for years. Ive been very loyal , and recommended this place to many. The price is fantastic. Every month I have spent on average between $400-$800 on products. I recognize I wont get the same price or quality else where but I am done being disrespected. I will never use this shop again. The dispatch womans response was that I shouldnt shop in the weekends because thats when she works. She has no business working in customer service. She is a nasty person. It is a shame that I will look elsewhere because thistt shop has been great in every other respect

The dispatch person Liya is rude. Ive spoken to her twice on two separate orders and she immediately starts conversations with attitude. This service delivers to VA but the website puts DC as default state for online order. It always impacts delivery. We used to experience quick and easy delivery. Today I wait two hours and fifteen minutes (quoted 60-90 minutes). Stuff delivered. Driver is great. But we were missing a big part of order. Contacted Liya and she acts like Im a liar. Asks like Im trying to get one over on her. Sent screenshots and she was willing to see mistakes. Asked if we could get a deal I didnt see before original order. Nasty attitude. Ive been a customer her for more than two years. Im disappointed. Its not the same shop it was. The weed is cheap some strains $80. But its not worth it to be treated like shit. I dropped $790 in product today to be treated badly and to sit and sit and sit wait for delivery. Im not sure Im willing to accept being treated like this just to save a couple bucks. Green therapy used to be great. But fuck them now. Learn how to communicate. If youre short drivers be upfront in time quote. Not defensive in the aftermath. Maybe drivers quit because Liya is full of meanness and attitude
