CAUTION READ:Ive been a DD customer for over 2yrs now with 7 referrals given and over 60k spent within my group. Today i called in an order for $90i was going to drive 1.5hrs to georgetown to pick up. Was told $20for delivery $110 total.So i sent an updated location closer to the university to avoid an extra $20 fee instead of $10 they confirmed that worked.Driver texted me saying $100 total and he is 18 mins from location. When i told them i paying electronic the main line agent Larry texted me claiming i needed to pay $115. After i showed him texts of me being told $100 he told me either i pay $110 or hes gunna cancel the order. This is AFTER i drove 1.5 hrs. After seeing pictures realizing the office made a mistake on their end he proceeds to say We can even waive the electronic but delivery is standing. If not meet team member at GEORGETOWN CUPCAKE that is next to Georgetown university So after i drive 1.5 hrs and get called names and upcharged i finallly say ok. Drifer told me ETA 6:20 before all this happend and now its 6:50 and i say please send ETA before i send my money and have to wait an hour. They refused. He said if i dont send the money before the ETA they will cancel the order. And they did even after i sent screenshot of my applepay loaded with $112 they cancelled the order at 7pm. Wasting my time fro 4:30 to 7pm and a good 140miles in gas. This is the most disrespectful place to ever get your gas, theyre thieves and frauds. Larry who answerss the phone is a pedophile and a creep. I saw him watching little girls play next to his csr for minutes before i told him i was there at a previous interaction. DONT EVER BUY HERE IF U CARE ABOUT RESPECT TIME MONEY AND PROFESSIONALISM
