1.0Ive been a member for at least 2 years- Ive always talked to the same girls but today I spoke with a new girl and she has awful customer service skills. I was trying to get an oz of exclusive so I was asking her about the strains you have available, she was a total bitch and made me feel like me and my questions were stupid, at one point she even laughed at me. I wont be ordering from her ever, and I assume you are losing a lot of business because of her and Im not surprised!
