4.6Ashley recommended The Mood Ring High to help my body relax and I thought it may ease the pain in my knees and back. It definitely has helped. Ashley also recommended the Redecan Gems 5.0 to take before bedtime to help me sleep. Since using I go to sleep easier and have slept through the night. Both great recommendations. Rick Miller
