I have used this company 3 times and never had an issue until today. I ordered a zip of top shelf as there is a deal for $220. I ordered last night to pick up this morning. They contacted me this morning saying there drivers would not be in until 12 and they needed to change my meet time from 1030 am until after 12 and would give me an extra gram for the inconvenience. I finally met the guy at almost 2pm. I get home and check my bag and i got 14 grams. No one will answer or return my calls!!!!! They robbed me!!!!!! I will continue to call until someone rights this wrong!!!!
4.0My first time with Greenhouse was good overall. The communication was great, driver was super friendly, they were quick and threw in a little treat. The flower was not as great as i was expecting for the price.
3.8I have used Sugar High 3 times now. The first two times were great. The flower was great and they always provide something extra. Their driver is amazing! But this last time was a bit frustrating, as I put my order in 2 hours ahead of, time only to arrive at the estimated meet time and be contacted and told that they did not have my full order. Because i had already drove so far.. i agreed. It would have been nice to have been incentivized for the inconvenience or at least contacted prior to meet time and made aware of the issue with my order. The flower was not as good this time. I would definitely try them again, as my history with them has been better than most around the way. Just minor improvements to be made. ?
