2.2Ordered online. Was told that the order was ready. They changed my order and did not tell me until I got there. Cancelled some product I bought and said that it was part of a deal but they could not show me online where it said it was a deal. There was no indication that there were any stipulations about the product. They would not honor the online order and did not even try to make it right with the customer. Even presenting with an "I really don't care attitude." When their flippant attitude was told to them the response was that they could not change my mind so their attitude was ok. Customer Service and Businesses that don't cheat or fraud their patrons are really what I am looking for and No Wait Meds have disappointed me and my friends who used to patronize the place.
