One rude ass bitch working the front counter. left me sitting in the front waiting area for 15 minutes before she even acknowledged my presence. she finally let me in and when I commented on my wait she took my card and ID and tossed them across the counter at me, gave me a nasty comment along the lines of you can go elsewhere. will never step foot in the place again.
