Placed order about 9pm 6/13/26, driver contacted me shortly after 10pm that he should be there \"within 40 minutes\". All fine so far, but then when 11pm went by with no contact, I asked if everything was all right. The driver made up a story about being stuck due to road closures, described a route that did not make sense, and seemed confused as to where he was. I drove 5 minutes to where he claimed there was a \"massive backup\", only to see no evidence of that (unsurprising, as google maps didn\'t have any red in that area). Neither he nor the main Jamaica House number picked up the phone or responded to multiple texts from about 11:15 to 11:45. 12am, driver has not arrived and it\'s clear they have no intention of completing this order. Completely unacceptable and I will not be spending any more money here. Delays happen, but intentional dishonesty is just scummy. If your driver has a 206 number, good luck.Edit: To my surprise, mere minutes after posting this review, the driver arrived. He claimed to have been pulled over, hence the non-communication, but couldn\'t say where and had no documentation of either a ticket or warning given by the police. He also accused me of lying about going to the location he\'d claimed to be at earlier, and said it had been a very busy night despite having claimed earlier that I was his only delivery that evening (which makes the insane delay even weirder, no?). It\'s pretty clear he was making it up on the spot.
