This place is terrible. Placed an order at 9:30 and was ghosted after telling me my driver will reach out shortly. Waited an hour and texted and asked for an update and was told to wait. After almost 3 hours i still haven't heard from anyone. This place sucks

I hadn't bought from them in a while, and got a $60 oz. I was visiting a friend in DC who wanted some, so he picked it out and paid for it-- thank God cause I would be upset if I had. The delivery took almost 3 hours, which I wasn't used to, and was mildly inconvenienced by. And the weed itself is trash. It's extremely dark in color, almost black, and barely gives a buzz high. I was super disappointed, and I felt bad cause I suggested the site to him. He gave me half of it and I honestly don't even want it . I would think maybe it's because he picked out the cheaper oz, but I've always bought $60oz from other vendors and never had an issue with quality.

First time trying them out, loved the menu had something for everybody budget . Decided to try one strain from the top shelf and the premium section . Was pleasantly surprised that the $50 oz was actually hitting, the top shelf definitely was better but hey you get what you pay for. They even threw in 2 pre rolls without me asking ??. You will see me back again with that customer service !

First time shopping with them was shorted a whole oz Im not upset its just about principles so ima give them the chance to make it right because Im no salty person and I enjoy the quality of the product but I am a business man.. I just want say this the guy I talked on the phone was very professional and I respect his response to his costumers grievances..but my driver gave me 7 ounces over a 8 ounce negotiation and I wasnt upset over the presumptive accident but the drive was rude to even contracted me after I talked to his boss who said he would fix the issue.. but the drivers reaction clearly tells me he did misplace my ounce and I had to block him because he kept texting me his proclamation of innocence when I can clearly count the difference between 7 & 8..but I hope they enjoy their day and stay blessed because I will

Ordered here a few times with friends. We love the quality and speed of the drivers! Some other places we have left us waiting an hour past the delivery time, but never with the SUGAR HIGH

Ive been coming here since this service opened and their focus on quality, service, transparency are unmatched. They really know their stuff, they make sure you get what you need and they definitely have your back.I havent stopped going to Sugar High for a good damn seven years and its blindingly obvious why. They just do their shit right!!They are also genuine, theyre understanding of who you are and they treat you like a person no question.I always make an effort to tell everyone what a proper i71 service should be like and Sugar High is the hallmark.You want your socks knocked off, your body all chilled and melting, try their King Louis!!
