As of December 2012, Washington passed Initiative 502 (I-502), which allows adults 21 and older to purchase marijuana for recreational purposes. With Washington being the second state to legalize cannabis, it has become an even more popular place for tourism. Catch a little break from the rain and check out a local dispensary near you for all of your cannabis, concentrates, and edibles needs.
In Seattle, it is legal for adults 21 years of age and older to purchase up to one ounce of recreational marijuana at a time. There are also limits on the amount of concentrates and edibles you can purchase. For concentrates, the limit is seven grams. For edibles you may have up to 16 ounces and for liquids, you may have up to 72 ounces. Medical patients with a valid prescription from a doctor, may have up to 24 ounces of marijuana.
Though you can purchase marijuana at retail stores, as of now, it is illegal to grow marijuana for recreational purposes in Washington. However, medical patients with a valid physician's recommendation may grow up to 15 plants. If caught violating the cultivation laws, you may face up to $10,000 in fines and/or jail time.
Although some states offer cannabis delivery services, Washington does not. If you are wanting to purchase marijuana, you must visit one of the local recreational or medical marijuana dispensaries.
You may only smoke, vape, or consume edibles in the private, enclosed areas such as your home. It is illegal to partake in public places like bars, restaurants, National parks and ski areas. You also cannot consume marijuana while driving, flying or on cruise ships.

Great selection and great hours.
drove over 60 miles one way to have the seattle experience. Paid $40 for a single gram of what was told to be the best BHO they had. It tasted like acrylic or plastic, made us throw up. The BHO was not smoke-able and had to be thrown away. TEST ALL BHO BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO BUYING IT. had good experience with the bud tenders and other meds we got from them.
