Las Vegas marijuana shop can stay open 24/7

There is always something to do at any point of the day or night in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, but now the famous strip will have a 24/7 marijuana dispensary. Current policy makes the local dispensaries close between 3am and 6am, but owners are saying they consistently have customers still when they close at 3am, and waiting at 6am. Many businesses in the area are already open at all times, so it's not out of the ordinary to include the cannabis businesses. Clark County will also be allowing their 26 cannabis dispensaries to be 24/7 after the county commissioners took a vote last week.

Benjamin Sillitoe, CEO and co-founder of Oasis Cannabis, noted that several businesses that surround his shop, including a tavern and a body painting studio, are open 24/7.

“We have people lined up at our door at 6 a.m., and (we) are rushing people out at 3 a.m.,” Sillitoe said.
He also pointed to Clark County marijuana shops soon being able to stay open 24/7, and being forced to close could send customers to buy elsewhere
