Was the strangest and most unpleasant experience at a dispensary, and I’ve been to dispensaries all over CO. Took 30 min. to buy one gram. Person helping me must of been inebriated because he couldn’t give me any info. On the products that made since. all flower is pre packaged. Also, didn’t have the strain I came for that was listed online.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DISPENSERY OR ANY OF ITS OTHER LOCATIONS UNLESS YOUR A RECREATIONAL USER!! My name is Sage Goodman I'm a 19 year old MEDICAL PATIENT and I have been a member at TGS for almost a full year now. Unfortunately I have now become an ex-member. I used to go to the location in Lakewood but I have moved to Arvada since then and the closest location to me is in East Denver. When I tried to go into this one for my first time they told me I WAS NOT ALLOWED IN BECAUSE OF MY AGE!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! When I was rejected for my age there, I had exactly 30 minutes to try and make it to their Lakewood location before they closed at 7. Luckily I made it with 9 minutes to spare but when I got there THEY WERE CLOSED!!!! I tried calling in an order and they told me they were closing at that very second even though I was in their parking lot!!! I WASTED OVER AN ENTIRE HOUR OF MY TIME AND GAS TRAVELING BETWEEN 2 LOCATIONS ALL BECAUSE THEIR SUPPOSED "MEDICAL"/RECREATIONAL STORES WON'T ALLOW ANYONE UNDER 21!!! HOW CAN A MEDICAL MARIJUANA STORE CLAIM TO BE FOR MEDICAL USERS WHEN, CLEARLY, THEIR TOP PRIORITY IS TO RECREATIONAL USERS?!?!?! As a "MEDICAL"/recreational store ALL stores should allow ANY AND ALL PATIENTS REGARDLESS OF AGE!! Just because Colorado has made this legal DOES NOT MEAN THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENTS SHOULD BE FORCED TO EITHER GO BACK TO BUYING FROM DRUG DEALERS ON THE STREET OR BE SHIT OUT OF LUCK BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO POST FALSE ADVERTISMENT AND SAY THEY STAY OPEN TILL 7! THAT IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF BULLSHIT I HAVE EVER HEARD! THANKS FOR CARING SO MUCH ABOUT THE MEDICAL PATIENTS AND CONGRADULATIONS TGS, YOU JUST LOST ANOTHER LOYAL CUSTOMER YET AGAIN!!!

I have been going there a couple of years now. I absolutely loved it when it was a medicinal dispensary only. Since they have opened to the general public they have treated the red card patients like shit. There is always a long line any time of day, even for red card patients, the selection of medicine has all gone to the recreational side and what is left is crap medicine not worth anything! On top of that, the staff treats people like they are just made of MONEY and like we have no clue what we are buying! Green Solution has left us who have actually paid for a red card, been with them since before marijuana became legal and has signed them as a caregiver in the gutter. They honestly do not care about their patients who have been with them from the start!! I will no longer be going to green solution and HIGHLY recommend that anyone with a red card doesn't either. Seriously find somewhere else!

They do not care about Medical patients they are just in it to make money. They care more about their recreation customers than their medical patients that have been with them for years. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!! There are so many better places to go.

If you want to even go in an d look they take your ID and type your name into some computer database. No other shop I ever went to did this for a rec. visitor. The black girl at the front desk seemed annoyed to be working there or talking to me asking me if I had even been there. I did not like her tone, its like she was talking down to me for some reason, whatever lady. I was not impressed with the staff not the flowers nor the prices. The nugs are hidden behind a wall and they pull out a little tiny piece for you. I took a whiff of 3 or 4 different types of flowers but I could smell the bud tenders funky fingernail fungus every time, Gross!!! This place sells bud that is "loose" or "discounted' I think they have some kind of agreement with the airport and are reselling confiscated or donated flowers. All in all this place is not a green solution, its a joke. The parking sucks too, the entrance is uneven and it scraped up the bottom of my car. I seriously hope they go out of business. Total rip off. $40 for some creme? Give me a break!!

I have been coming here since July, and I have not been disappointed once. The staff are super friendly and highly knowledgable. When I have a specific need, they always point me in the right direction. "Miagi" is a great customer service rep, and is always smiling and helpful Let's not forget Jannae in check-out! She's always the brightest thing in the mornings. The call ahead service is a real convenience, especially on days with the biggest crowds. I would recommend The Green Solution to any MMJ Patient, looking for a comfortable and convenient environment to select their medication needs. :)

This dispensary has everything you're looking for. Biggest selection of edibles ever and lots of great strains to choose from. The budtenders know their stuff and they are always super helpful and make great recommendations. This is the place!

I was a new mmj patient, and a little inhibited about picking a dispensary. I know a few people who have gone to TGS in Northglenn, and always raved about how great it was. For my first time experience, I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere when you enter is just so relaxed and friendly. Everyone I've been helped by, has been super knowledgeable and have made excellent recommendations when I have inquired about a specific need. The call ahead ordering is super convenient, and the menu is always up to date with what products they have on hand. The selection of edibles is amazing, as well as their waxes and other concentrates. They made good on their return policy, when I just wasn't completely satisfied with a product, and the exchange process is quick and painless. Always a good time. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I will always refer my friends to The Green Solution, in Northglenn.
