
Offered a special on MED mix and match pre-rolls at 10 for $19+tax. When I attempted to place my order over the phone, before mentioning the deal, I was told by the bud tender that they didn’t have any MED pre-rolls but they had the same exact pre-rolls on the REC side. I then asked about the deal and was told that in switching to REC the deal was off, but I could get 8 for $31, but it was an 8 pack of the same, not strain specific, rolls. Or I could mix and match strain specific rolls at 5 for $31. Not to mention that by switching me from MED to REC my tax rate went from 8% to 28%. For the SAME EXACT rolls, which was confirmed by the owner and by whomever answers their emails. Every other dispensary I’ve been to has substituted product and matched the price. For example, one dispo offered 8g Kush Masters mix and match wax/shatter for $100 otd but didn’t have that brand, so instead honored the price with alternative brands. Instead I was offered an up-charge on what I was told is the same exact thing. If you are always conveniently out of your “sale” items don’t be surprised when customers question the legitimacy of said deal. You can offer an outstanding “while supplies last” deal, but only sell it to one customer one time and then convince the rest of the customers to buy something else that’s significantly more expensive, and you are “technically” doing nothing wrong, but you still have to know it’s a sketchy business practice. I was invited by the owner to contact him via a copy and paste generic response that he posted to all of the Yelp reviews, and when I did so I was told “good luck, there are a lot of options for you out there”. Personally I want to shop somewhere that wants my business. I may go in for the deals, but I stay for positive customer service.
I would describe my experience with them next to find swag from like the Border. I think they're next to like getting burned legally

Right from the moment I walked in the door my experience was awesome! I was greeted by the most friendly people.I had lots of questions and didn't know where to start, but every single staff member was happy to answer and educate me.The atmosphere was very comforting, I could have spent the whole day just chatting.I am now a loyal customer and will gladly spread the word!!
